- I can ship original artwork unstretched and rolled in a tube which saves a lot on the shipping costs of larger paintings. Once your painting arrives, you can have it stretched by a local frame shop. Please feel free to contact me if you are interested in this option. dareejohnsonart@gmail.com
- I do personally package each original painting and print myself, so please keep in mind that it can take up to 7 days before your package is shipped. Then add on the shipping time.
- If you do not receive your package or your painting arrives damaged, you must contact us within 30 days for consideration of a refund. Please take pictures of any damages packaging and damage to the painting. Without pictures of damaged packaging and painting, a refund will not be issued.
- Please note that for international orders, any taxes and duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
- Tracking updates may take between 24-72hrs to be updated by the carrier as your package moves through the system.
